1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and l899 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account on l899.vin, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing and using any service offered by l899, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the l899 platform. l899 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, l899 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use the l899 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. l899 strictly prohibits use by persons under the age of 21. Underage gambling is illegal and a violation of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated at all times.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent in relation to any betting or gaming activity on the platform.

l899 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed. l899 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will take appropriate action where underage access is suspected.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of l899 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each player is permitted one account only. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts using the same or different mobile numbers, payment methods, or personal details is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Your account is personal to you and must not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other person. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• You must keep your login credentials, including your password and any one-time SMS codes, strictly confidential. l899 will never ask you for your password. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact l899 support.
• l899 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents (such as a copy of a national ID or other government-issued photo identification) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of a withdrawal request.

By registering an account, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

l899 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. l899 reserves the right to set a minimum withdrawal threshold, which will be communicated to players at the time of withdrawal request.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. l899 does not accept payments from or to third-party accounts. Deposits made from a third-party account will be returned and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Approved payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via BEFTN (BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank). Accepted payment methods may change from time to time and the current list is displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. l899 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification steps.
• l899 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, l899 may freeze the account and relevant funds pending investigation. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

All currency amounts on l899 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Players are responsible for any bank charges, mobile money fees, or currency conversion fees that their payment provider may apply to a transaction. l899 does not absorb third-party transaction fees.

5Bonuses and Promotions

l899 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. l899 reserves the right to restrict bonus availability based on player history, account status, or payment method used.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the bonus and any accumulated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players found to have created multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus-related winnings voided.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.
• l899 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In cases where a promotion has been claimed in error or as a result of a technical fault, l899 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount from the player's account balance.

Seasonal and event-based promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day are offered at l899's discretion and are subject to availability. These promotions are governed by their own specific terms which are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms when active.

6Gameplay and Fair Use

All casino games and sports betting markets available on l899 are governed by their respective game rules and the following fair use conditions. By placing a bet or participating in any game on l899, you accept these conditions in full:

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by our game providers. l899 does not influence or manipulate individual game outcomes. RNG integrity is the sole responsibility of the game studio.
• Sports betting odds are set at l899's discretion and may be subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked and cannot be changed.
• l899 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a sporting event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered from its original format. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game or slot session, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and the round stake returned. l899 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical faults originating from third-party game servers.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that there is no guarantee of winning. Past performance on any game is not indicative of future results. l899 strongly encourages all players to set personal wagering limits and to play responsibly.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l899. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or deliberately providing false personal information.
• Money laundering or using the platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that is designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players, including any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit bonus structures or manipulate game outcomes.
• Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details, phone numbers, or payment methods.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing any person under 21 to access your account or use your payment credentials to gamble on the platform.

l899 employs automated and manual risk monitoring systems to identify suspicious activity. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, l899 may take immediate action including account suspension, balance freeze, and reporting to relevant financial or law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the player.

8Account Suspension and Termination

l899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited activities, or provision of false personal information.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe specified by l899.
• At the player's own request, including requests made under the platform's self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools.
• Where l899 determines, in its sole discretion, that the continued operation of an account presents a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the service.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, l899 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance.

9Responsible Gaming

l899 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting the welfare of all players. l899 is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via their account settings:

Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); session time reminders; temporary time-out periods; and permanent self-exclusion. Players who activate self-exclusion will be prevented from accessing their account for the duration of the exclusion period and will not receive any promotional communications from l899 during that time. l899 will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the l899 platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces (where served by l899 directly), and the l899 brand name and mark, is the exclusive intellectual property of l899 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the l899 platform without the express prior written consent of l899. Unauthorised use of l899's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l899 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, whether due to game outcomes, odds movements, or betting decisions made by the player.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical errors originating from third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the l899 platform, regardless of the cause.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude l899's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by l899's own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Privacy

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. l899 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and employs appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data held on its servers. l899 does not sell personal data to third parties. 13Amendments to These Terms

l899 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, l899 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players, which may be delivered via email, an in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the l899.vin website. The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the l899 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via the support team.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and l899 regarding any game outcome, bonus decision, or account action, the player should contact l899 support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full details of the dispute. l899 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in a fair and timely manner.
